Using Hypnosis to Enhance Your Skating Confidence

 
A skater would create a guided mental imagery of a spin, feeling a sense of flight and rotation, the cold air embracing the face, the physicality of the landing.
The more you mentally rehearse your performance, the more it becomes habituated in your mind..

To help you practice your imagery, you are encouraged to improve the vividness and controllability of your images.
I use imagery a lot The night before a competition During my warm up Right before the 6 minute warm up.
